The best guarantee is a sound relationship founded on trust, a commodity that is in short supply these days and that is hard to get and easy to lose. At Susquehanna Farms we guarantee you the highest level of individualized service and attention, whether you are starting out in the alpaca business or an established breeder.
Buying alpacas is a big financial decision; one you should feel comfortable with in all respects. Choosing the right breeder is perhaps the most important part of the process. If you are new to the business, we will share our knowledge and experience with you. Our farm is a virtual compendium of all the best ideas we have gleaned from visiting many alpaca farms in the Mid-Atlantic region. Choosing the right animals and deciding where to keep them, whether at your place or boarding somewhere is critical. You can take advantage of what we have invested by leaving your animals with us. We will board, breed, show, market and take care of your animals as if they were our own. Moreover, every animal comes with the following warranties:

· Proven females have already had a cria
· Bred females have been confirmed by ultrasound
· Maidens are capable of becoming pregnant
· Proven males have settled a female
· Young males are capable of impregnating females
· All crias have a live birth (defined as living beyond 30 days) guarantee
· Complimentary breeding for young females or proven females not pregnant at time of sale
· All animals are ARI registered.
